Why would you list the 10 most expensive properties in Boston? The target audience for that info must be a fraction of 1%. Not only that but its info available from every website with an IDX MLS feed. Why bother?

Thanks for your comment Jeff!

But here's my question for you: This seems like an awfully bitter comment, especially on a post that was written nearly 2 months ago, so....why did you bother?

But I digress - The target audience here is not just the "fraction of 1%" who can actually buy those homes, but anyone who is interested in the Boston market, specifically the high end in this post. From the traffic I see to posts like this, it seems like people are interested in seeing luxury listings, even if it is only a passing curiosity. Which is fine in my book and I'm happy to provide a peek into these listings. Sure, the listings can be found on plenty of other sites, but I've provided "at a glance" info for a few listings, instead of readers having to go searching.

And if you're a regular reader here, you would know I write about all aspects of the market, from low to high to everything in between

Thanks for reading!

Although the pricing is way steep, but I guess 1% is still a lot of people to chase after, if you know where to find them. lol!
