Happy New Years!

2009 was certainly an eventful year in the Boston real estate market.  From auctions to foreclosures, from plummeting sales last winter to the recent market upswing this winter, from the $8000 home buyer tax credit to record low mortgage rates, and from luxury condo sales to new apartment rentals, we were witness to an incredible amount of market shifts and turns.  What a year!

Life may have been a little more difficult for America in recession mode throughout 2009, but one thing is for certain - it wasn't boring.  Will 2010 bring more changes or more stability, economic growth or stagnation, real estate rebound or double dip?  We shall see! 

Thanks for reading in 2009 and stay tuned for the latest news and updates about the Boston real estate market in 2010.
