2009 was a very interesting year in the Boston real estate market.  Prior to the release of my 2009 year end Boston condo market report, here's a quick peek at the past year compared to 2008 and 2007:

3627 Boston condos in total were sold in 2009 worth a total value of $1,640,354,171 and here's a summary of the market statistics from MLS (with 2008 stats in italics and 2007 in parenthesis as comparison):

Great stuff. I can’t stand it when we see real estate again with only 1 generic picture in MLS and they wonder why their property isn’t being showed
